Onboarding policies

  1. Restaurants will be assisted via the Belize ON D Way team to ensure that their menu is digitalized and onboarded onto Belize On D Way App.
     

  2. Restaurant Representatives are required to provide full menu with descriptions and prices to ensure proper onboarding.
     

  3. Restaurant representatives are required to provide the Belize On D Way team with photos of their food or to allow us to come in and take photos of their food to ensure that all photos are uploaded onto the Belize On D Way App.
     

  4. After the initial onboarding, restaurant owners/representatives will have access to the website where they can update, modify or remove any items on their menu.  If necessary, they can call on the Belize ON D Way team to assist them.
     

  5. Restaurants are expected to accept a food order within 10 minutes of the order being placed via the Belize On D Way App.  Failure to accept an order will result in the Belize ON D Way team contacting the restaurant.
     

  6. Restaurants are expected to promptly prepare the food within 20 minutes after acceptance to ensure proper delivery times.
     

  7. Restaurants are expected to fulfill all orders as ordered and specified by the customers on the Belize ON D Way App.
     

  8. Restaurants are required to contact the Belize ON D Way Team immediately if an order cannot be fulfilled.
     

  9. After order has been acknowledged and prepared, Restaurants are required to notify Belize ON D Way Dispatch team via the Belize ON D Way Restaurant App.  This will ensure that a delivery person comes to collect and deliver the food within the time specified.
     

  10. Orders are not fulfilled until the Restaurant representative closes the order on the Belize ON D Way App after the order has been picked up.
     

  11. Restaurants can expect payment of all orders placed and fulfilled by Belize ON D Way every 15th and 30th of the month.
     

  12. Orders placed and fulfilled by Belize ON D Way will be paid to the Restaurants every two week. 
     

  13. Restaurants collaborating with Belize ON D Way, will be required to have a sticker or any marketing material provided by the Belize On D Way team, at their establishment alerting customers that they are listed on the Belize ON D Way App.
     

  14. Restaurants will be mentioned on the Belize On D Way Marketing Material.
     

  15. If Restaurant encounters any delay, or problems with the order or App, a representative is required to contact the Belize On D Way Team at the following number.
